Andrea Asimeng - Director of Programs

​Andrea Asimeng is currently a medical student at St George’s University and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Grinnell College in Iowa, USA. She is an active member of the Prince William medical corps in Virginia, USA. She is an encourager and loves to help young people pursue their dreams. Andrea also firmly believes that people should constantly, positively, impact their communities and she loves equipping people to do so.

Mansa Agyeman Ofosuhene - Founder & CEO

Mansa Agyeman Ofosuhene is a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience in nursing. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the Chamberlin University in Chicago, USA. She is very compassionate about transforming lives for the better and believes is supporting people to succeed. Mansa has always been passionate about equipping the less fortunate with tools, donations and skills to advance themselves and their community. Her vision is what has led to the start and success of this organization. 

Elizabeth Lopez - Fundraising Director

Elizabeth Lopez is a registered nurse with 46 years of nursing experience to her credit. She holds a bachelors in music and art contemplation from San Jose State University in California, USA. One of her driving forces for entering an occupational field that helps and serves people and a reason we are excited to have her on the team is her constant zeal to provide others with opportunities for growth and development.​

Michele Pablodor, (RN, BSN)

- PR Coordinator

​Michele graduated from the Chamberlain University in Bachelors in Nursing. She has been a nurse for 14 years and has specialties in leadership development and public relations. Michele is a great assets to HHD.

Theresa Adusei - Director, Project Operations

Theresa Adusei is a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience. She gained her Bachelors in Nursing from the George Mason University in Virginia, USA. Apart from nursing, she is also passionate about building the capacity of the underprivileged to achieve their full potential.  Theresa believes that educating people leads to their advancement and is happiest when she witnesses the influence of said education. 

Vivian Simons - Acting Financial Officer

​Vivian Simons is a Registered Nurse based in Vancouver, Canada. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the Vancouver Island University in Canada and has over 12 years of experience in all the diverse fields in nursing. She also has some research experience with emphasis on the assessment and evaluation of evidenced based treatment and approaches of various diseases. Vivian is a very hard worker and very attentive to needs of vulnerable people, especially children, always going out her way to ensure their safety and well being.

Nikki Asimeng - Director for International Programs

Nikki Asimeng worked as a science teacher at EF Academy in New York. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from the Knox College in Illinois, USA. She recently relocated to Ghana, West Africa and will serve as a support person for our international team. Nikki loves children and has always followed her zeal to help them achieve their maximum potential. She believes in and practices leadership by example. Her students love her creativity, which helps her reach and impact each child on an individual level.

Jounghea Her - Senior Advisor for Development

​​Jounghea Her is a registered nurse who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from New York University in New York, USA and Bachelor in Chemistry from Chungang University in Seoul, Korea. She has been a nurse for 31 years and absolutely loves her job. She is also very passionate about helping and empowering the needy.
